Who is Dave???

We once opened a lettings agency's CRM and found a contact called "Dave ???".

Not Dave Smith.

Not Dave from Accounts.

Just Dave. Three question marks.

Nobody knew who Dave was. Dave had been in the system for four years. Dave had a deal worth £18,000 attached to him. Dave had notes that just said "call back" dated 2021.

We asked the team about Dave.

Blank faces.

"Oh that might be the Dave from the Birmingham thing."

There was no further information about the Birmingham thing.
