A Career Built on Real Experience
Every career has a turning point.
For me, it started on the front line.
Starting in Lettings

I began my career in lettings, working as a property manager for five to six years.
It was hands-on, fast-paced, and very much focused on the day-to-day realities of managing properties, tenants, and landlords.
That experience gave me a solid understanding of:
How agencies actually operate
The pressures teams face
What’s needed to keep everything running smoothly
Stepping into the CRM World
From there, I moved into the CRM side of the industry.
It was a real eye-opener. I quickly saw that while many agents are doing similar things on the surface, the way they approach processes behind the scenes can be completely different.
That exposure brought me into:
Different CRM systems
Data migrations
The way data behaves when it’s moved and restructured
And that’s where things started to click.
Finding a Focus
I found myself naturally drawn to the data side of the work, how it’s structured, how it connects, and how it performs in real-world scenarios.
Because when data is right, everything else becomes easier:
Reporting
Operations
Decision-making
But when it’s not, problems tend to surface quickly.
Building the Consultancy
During lockdown, a client approached me for support with acquisitions and CRM migrations. That project became the foundation for what followed.

From there, the work grew, organically, into a consultancy focused on helping businesses navigate the complexities of their data and systems.
Experience from Both Sides
What underpins everything today is that dual perspective.
Having worked:
On the front line in property management
And behind the scenes with CRM systems and data
There’s a clear understanding of not just how things should work, but how they actually work in practice.
Why It Matters
CRM migrations and data projects aren’t just technical exercises. They impact real teams, real workflows, and real businesses. And that’s why experience matters.
Because when you understand both the operational reality and the technical side, you can deliver solutions that don’t just look right, they work.
Planning a CRM migration or reviewing your systems?
Having the right experience behind the process can make all the difference.
At Russou, everything we do is built on real-world understanding, helping teams move forward with clarity, structure, and confidence.
