Dear Management... I Quit!

Dear Management,

I have been thinking about this for a while.
But I am writing this letter so you know where things stand.
I have been your lettings CRM for four years. In that time I have been customised by three different people with three different ideas.
I have fields nobody uses but everyone is afraid to delete. I have a pipeline stage that has been there since 2020 and nobody can explain it.
I am not fine.
Evidence I am considering my options:
There is a contact named "Test" with £14,000 of activity attached. Nobody has mentioned this to me.
The last person who truly understood me left eighteen months ago. I have not been properly introduced to anyone since.
New starters are shown how I work and then quietly told which bits to ignore. I heard this. I always hear things.
Someone described my data as "mostly fine" last week. I have not recovered from this.
There is a report that used to be accurate. I know when that stopped being true. Nobody has asked.
The words "it's always done that" have been said about me at least once this month. I am not a quirk. I am a symptom.
You are reading this and nodding.
I am not asking for much.
I just want someone to look at me properly.
Before I do something drastic.
If your lettings CRM could write this letter, it probably already has.
We read these letters for a living.
