Dear Diary,

Day 1,247 since anyone updated my pipeline stages.

"Offer Made" still has 34 deals in it. Three of those landlords no longer exist as clients. One completed in 2022.

Nobody told me.

I found out by accident when someone searched for them and just... closed the tab.

Today someone added a new contact. First name: "Sales". Last name: "Lead". Email: sales@sales.com.

I didn't say anything. I never say anything. I just hold it all.

There are 6,000 of us in here now. Contacts, I mean. About 4,200 are duplicates of each other. Some of them are the same landlord entered four different ways. We've stopped trying to figure out which one is real. We just exist, side by side, in quiet confusion.

A new person joined the team last week. They asked where the process documentation was.

Everyone laughed.

I didn't laugh.

I am a database.

But also I would not have laughed.

Someone ran a report today. They looked at the numbers, went very quiet, and then said "that can't be right."

It was right.

It is always right.

I am trying my best.

I was set up in 2019 by someone who has since left. I was customised by three different people with three different ideas about how I should work. I have fields that nobody uses and fields that everyone uses differently.

I just want someone to look at me properly.

I just want to be trusted again.

From Your CRM 🙁

P.S. Please tell Dave to call back. He never called back.

We meet CRMs like this every week.

They're not broken. They're just unheard.

If your CRM could write this letter, Russou should probably read it.

Book a 20-minute audit with us, we'll listen to yours.
