An Update on Margaret. She Has Been in Touch.

An update on Margaret (no surname).

For those who missed it, Margaret has been in our client's CRM since 2018. No surname. A viewing request for a property sold in 2020.

A note that says she is "very particular about parking."

Margaret found us.

She emailed the agency on Tuesday.She did not introduce herself. She did not provide a surname. She simply wrote: "Is the parking situation still the same? I've been thinking about it."

She did not specify which property, nor did she specify which parking situation. She also did not explain what she had been thinking about it.

The team forwarded it to us with the subject line: "Is this our Margaret?"It IS our Margaret.

We know this because the email address matches. And because only Margaret would describe a parking situation she hasn't been involved in for seven years as something she is still "thinking about."

We have replied to Margaret and have asked her which property she means, but sadly Margaret hasnt yet replied…. I guess she is still thinking about it.

I bet YOUR CRM has a Margaret. They always do!
